Najla was born and lived in Lebanon until 1980, then resided in Birmingham, Alabama until her passing. She passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the age of 90.Second only to her Lord Jesus Christ, her love and devotion was to her children. She loved the Church, and was a great host to friends and strangers alike.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Massoud and Saada Costa; husband, Rizcallah Constantine; son, Samuel R. Constantine; brothers, Rev. Joseph Costa, Hani Costa and Ibrahim Costa and Sister, Heleneh Costa. She is...

She was preceded in death by her parents, Massoud and Saada Costa; husband, Rizcallah Constantine; son, Samuel R. Constantine; brothers, Rev. Joseph Costa, Hani Costa and Ibrahim Costa and Sister, Heleneh Costa. She is survived by her children, Dr. John (Amaui) Constantine, Samia (Hani) Emaish, Kamal (Eugenie) Constantine, Lily (George) Kakish, Gabi (Kim) Constantine, and Naji (Tanya) Constantine; her grandchildren (13) are Jonathan Constantine, Deena and Nabil Emaish, Lara (Allen) Cox, Michele and Maya Constantine, Danny (Jessica) Kakish, David (Ashley) Kakish, Ranya Kakish, David (Karla) Constantine, Kristin (Skip) Platt, Anni (Zander) Peyton and Josh Constantine; her great-grandchildren (11) are Reagan, Alexander, Madison, Abigail, Britton, Zoe, Lenna, Eli, Emma, Lewis and Ruth. Also survived by her Sister, Leila (Attalah) Costantine and many special nieces and nephews in North America and abroad.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Ridout's Valley Chapel, 1800 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209 from 5-7pm. A service celebrating her life will be held there also on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 12:00 noon, with interment at Elmwood Cemetery.
